WELCOMEHello and Welcome to Red and Terri's Puppy Rescue, A.C. We are a husband & wife team that rescue's, rehabilitates, shelters and finds new, loving homes for unwanted, abandoned, neglected and/or abused puppies off the streets and out of the deserts of Puerto Penasco, Sonora, Mexico. We began rescuing puppies in June of 2008, took care of all of the paperwork legalities and were an Asociacion Civil by October of 2009.
We work very hard and are passionate about our mission. We definitely have a lot of love for the good people of the State of Arizona as well as everyone that has ever come by and stopped in just to say a few words or leave a donation. It is the citizens of Arizona that have brought us to where we are now, which is this: We may be called Red and Terri's Puppy Rescue, A.C. and in all appearances and for protocol we do rescue puppies and/or dogs from their homeless and usually malnutritioned environments but the truth of the matter is "The Puppies Rescued Us". Our company name should actually be Red and Terri, Rescued by Mexican Street Puppies, I mean that's how we feel. We get so much love, every day, its amazing. We watch miracles happen all the time, weekly and sometimes daily. Our hearts are so full that they overflow and spill on anything and everyone around. Humanity is strong, well, alive and active especially here at The Puppy Rescue. In the five or so years that we have been actively pursuing our mission as a non profit organization we have found over 318 puppies and dogs new, loving homes. 95% of these would not be alive today without human intervention. Of our puppies 85% are adopted to persons who live in the United States, 10% are adopted to persons living in Canada and 5% remain here locally. We have sponsored the spay/neuter proedure for 107 animals including two cats. We are trying to bring our spay/neuter numbers up and hope to bypass our adoption numbersat some point.
We hope to meet you someday here or if we have already met, we hope you will return to visit Mexico as a great and inexpensive yet tropical get-a-way and we too hope you will return to stop in and see what's up with us, like so many of you do. Thank you everybody for being you and encouraging us to be who we are.

To live truly, without fear, be honest with ourselves and to others as often as possible, in the process of surviving, striving, struggling and thriving to meet each moment with the same love that was given to each and every one of us as we entered into this life. No matter how things seem to appear or how we may sometimes feel, always try to remember, that everything originates from love. Technically this may not be a mission, but take it from us, IT REALLY IS THE ONLY WAY TO GO. Let it be known that "love doesn't conquer all" however, "it completes everything and competes with nothing", YES, WE LOVE YOU TOO....
