Welcome to our website, we hope you enjoy visiting with us. We are Red and Terri of "Red and Terri's Puppy Rescue, A.C." We started rescuing puppies in June of 2008. As of November 2, 2011 we have placed 298 puppies into new, loving homes. We have sponsored the spaying and neutering of 103 animals, this is over and above the animals that we have rescued and had spayed or neutered.We are a Licensed Non-Profit Organization (NGO) in Mexico. Although we are a non-profit organization we do not receive any government funding at this time. We are run solely on donations. If you love what we are doing and would like to see us continue, your donation is needed. We have a couple of different methods available. The first is to send us a check through the U.S. mail. If you are interested in subscribing to our Monthly Newsletter for $10.00 USD per month please click here. Paying through Google Checkout makes it safe, secure and easy. The third way you can "help save the puppies" is to buy up to three (3) puppy or dog vaccinations or for up to three spay or neuter procedures. We have this option on our Alternate Methods of Support page which includes a drop down menu giving the options of purchasing 1, 2 or 3 vaccinations or spay/neuter procedures. We are is desperate need of dog and puppy food. Many people have quit bringing dog food down to us because they've heard it will get confiscated at the border. You can still bring dog food down to us, without it being confiscated and without paying taxes. Email Terri to find out how. Its easy. So, please folks, bring us dog and puppy food. The rescued puppies here really need it.
On January 5, 2012 we rescued a female Chihuahua that was pregnant. Last night on January 21, 2012 she had four (4) puppies. She is a very good mommy and the babies are very sweet. All of them will be available for adoption around March 5, 2012.
IT IS OUR MISSION:
To shelter, rehabilitate and provide a loving and healthy environment for rescued puppies, while promoting their adoptions into caring families, and
To remain dedicated in the diligent effort to end the suffering of abandoned, unwanted, neglected and/or abused puppies in Puerto Penasco, Mexico through education, spaying and neutering.
